My firm has personally worked with Daniel Cho at Innovative Office Solutions since the beginning of his firm. They provide responsive service and their technicians especially Francisco is extremely knowledgeable and they are responsive to any customer needs. If we've had any issues they are quick to resolve the problem and provide competitive rates for their copiers and service. The office personnel is friendly and helpful. Daniel goes out of his way to know his clients and cares about building customer relationships. Our Story: We were in the market for a new machine during our recent office move and I must have emailed Daniel over a dozen times and all of our questions were answered in a timely and informative way. Having that kind of response to an existing customer is great because it shows they care about maintaining customer relationships. He recommended machines that were similar to the current machine we had and didn't try to sell anything that wouldn't fit our firm .That showed us he understands the needs of our firm and the bottom line wasn't his main goal.
